Shipping method Delivery

The time for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: order verification, tailoring, quality, testing and packing. All orders are usually shipped to our manufacturer within 72 hours of placing the order and receiving payment.

Delivery time: This refers to the time it takes to ship items from our warehouse to their destination.

USA & Canada

AUSTRALIA & New Zealand

Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance takes 2-4 weeks for delivery (IF YOUR item is IN STOCK)

Great Britain & EUROPE

Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance takes 2-4 weeks for delivery (IF YOUR item is IN STOCK)

Other countries

Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance takes 2-5 weeks for delivery (IF YOUR ITEM IS IN STOCK)

Insured Shipping: If item is lost in delivery or arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement item to you at no additional cost, provided sufficient proof is provided.

Priority insured shipping: Your delivery will be placed at the top of our order list every day, which we send to our manufacturers. Depending on the volume of orders we receive, the expected time may remain similar/equal to standard shipping times. Your item is also insured.

**Some products could be shipped separately and arrive at the difference time, as we have stock from the difference location. p>

Tracking numbers often take a few days to a week to update and display correct tracking information. Please use a third-party website such as https://17track.net to track your order.

Note that in some countries, shipping may take longer than estimated.

Depending on the volume of the order, your shipment may take longer than usual. Rest assured, we are working hard to get everything out of it as quickly as possible. We know it can be frustrating to wait longer than expected for your order, but the one thing we don't want to do is sacrifice the quality of our products. Thank you for your understanding.

If you need to make any changes to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order to support@auazz.com and we will be happy to make the necessary changes. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we cannot change it. Please make sure you have chosen the right size and color to avoid disappointment.
